Absolutely superb breakfast, exceptionally nice stuff and location is perfect.
-
Spotless hotel, I loved exceptional location and staff. The bed was comfortable and it was great having balcony, dining area and slippers.
-
I enjoyed varied breakfast, just splendid views.
It was sincerely a very nice stay with responsive staff. Soft bed, balcony was an added bonus. Found in a historic area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Happy to have a bar in the lobby. Very clean unit. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Faaron Steak House, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

We loved excellent location.
We would be happy to recommend the place. The staff are friendly, hotel is superior, breakfast is AWESOME. Marina view from the window of our room is delightful.

Our stay here was AMAZING, good choice for exploring Faro. Really enjoyed that the room had central heating, a private safe and a writing table. Pool looked lovely too.

Everything, rooms and location are great! We really loved the balcony, it was lovely. Hotel is not far from the train station, it takes 7 mins to walk there. Would recommend for everyone.

Comfortable beds. variety of breakfast and lunch. Perfect location.
The air in the room is too dry. Good soundproofing.

We would stay again.
Great location and spacious room. Lovely view and close to the airport
Lack of staff in the bar area and restaurant at times. Stood at the bar one night and walked away we waited so long. I wasn’t aware until I did get a drink that I couldn’t charge it to my room. It was embarrassing. Why wasn’t I made aware of this when I checked in?

Lovely big pool. Beautiful views from room. Comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Best location.
Breakfast very average. Room not 100% clean (dust). Noisy in the morning. Pool area too cluttered. Pool area not kept tidy.

A great breakfast including sparkling wine and strawberries, a large selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Very good size rooms, clean and recently decorated. Polite and helpful reception staff.
The week we were staying (in a city view room at second floor) the hotel was under refurbishment (the third floor and the roof swimming pool). We haven't been informed about this aspect and found the room far too noisy during the day as there was lots of heavy drilling and knocking. We traveled with a two year old daughter and trying to put her down for naps every day was a bit challenging. Overall we have had a very pleasant stay at the hotel until the day we checked out. We had to leave in a bit of a hurry and I have left behind, in the room, on the hanger in the wardrobe a very precious cashmere wool over sized scarf, a present from my late departed father. I have phoned the reception just 20 minutes after leaving the premises,I have spoken with their receptionist Louis who re-assured me that they will send somebody up in the room to look for my lost item and get it posted to me in the UK. The next day I have phoned again the reception to discuss postage payment but to my surprise I have been informed that nothing has been found in the room by the housekeeping team. Now, I know for sure where I have left the scarf, I also left few baby unused nappies and few sachets of porridge (intentionally as not needed). The Eva hotel housekeeping team reported that they haven't found anything in the room. This incident only makes me suspicious on the integrity of the housekeeping staff. Just be aware that personal things are getting lost or missing. I have no word of describing this but theft.

Excellent hotel and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, breakfast food range and quality is great. Very good location, overlooks marina and old town is metres away. Train station is only 300 mtr away and the bus station is outside the hotel.
None.

Room, which was a decent size, had a view of the marina.
On checking in, reception staff gave us keys for room, but did not give us one bit of info, regarding meal times, hotel facilities etc, not even a smile. Have never been in a "4*" Hotel where there has been a restaurant buffet with such a small choice and variety of food. Never any hot plates and the food from buffet was never warm enough. Even when we were first in the door at 7pm. Would definitely NOT Stay here again, and would not recommend it to any of my friends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great with the amazing views
The spa was fully booked and the swimming pool was not yet open. Some of the decor was a little shabby in places (e.g. balcony).
